Loch Shin Glamping Pods

Glamping in the Heart of the Highlands

Nestled away close to the shores of the picturesque Loch Shin and surrounded by a stunning vista punctuated with Munros, Loch Shin Glamping Pods offer you the perfect Highland hideaway.

If you love the great outdoors but prefer to enjoy it with some of the comforts of indoors, then our glamping pods are the perfect place for you. You’ll find us an ideal base to enjoy this beautiful part of Scotland from, however you like to fill your days.

For those looking to slow the pace down and explore, we’d recommend a visit to one of the four National Scenic Areas across the county. Why not take in the dramatic sea cliffs whilst you keep a lookout for some of the wildlife native to the area such as the Sea Eagle or Pine Marten?
If you prefer to stay active then you can dive straight into the loch and enjoy some open water swimming, before jumping on your bike to challenge yourself on some of the twists and turns of the local mountain roads.

Or, if you just want to lace up your boots and get out and about under your own steam, there are many trails and footpaths to choose from too.

And, at the end of a long day when you just need to relax and unwind, you can pull up a chair around the fire pit, curl up with a book and watch the stars fill the sky over this stunning, unspoilt landscape. Depending on the time of year you may get to enjoy the spectacular Northern Lights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pod was clean and situated within quiet peaceful and beautiful scenery. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Tracey is lovely too.

Superb facility. Whole family who run it alongside running their Croft are really lovely people. Pods were immaculate and include shower room, hob and fridge. Anyone looking for a base in that area for a trip would struggle to find a better spot. We will be back as there are more hills for us to climb in the area.
